By giving us your phone number and opting in, you’re entering a voluntary agreement with ANTISTATE. Nothing here is forced. Here’s exactly how the program works.
Messages you’ll receive
We keep this minimal and useful.
- Marketing texts: No more than 2 per month. New drops, restocks, loyalty rewards, and brand updates.
- Automated nudges: Occasional texts only when you leave items in your cart or checkout. These are simple reminders to help you finish your order. They fire only when you trigger them and stay minimal — no spam.
Your consent is voluntary and yours to control
Opting in is 100% optional. It is not required to buy anything from antistate.net. By providing your phone number and agreeing to these terms, you give prior express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from ANTISTATE (including marketing messages).
You can withdraw that consent at any time. No questions, no hassle.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any text from us. We’ll confirm and remove you from the program immediately.

Fees
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. ANTISTATE charges nothing extra for these texts.
Privacy & data use
We don’t want or collect extra personal information for this program. Your phone number is used only to send these SMS messages related to antistate.net — marketing updates and order-related nudges.
We do not sell, rent, or share your number with anyone else for their marketing. It may be shared only with our SMS delivery provider (through Shopify) to actually send the messages. That’s it.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your information — just contact us.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful updates, we’ll let you know via SMS or on the site. Continuing to receive messages after changes means you accept the updated terms.
