Use of the Site You may browse and use the site for personal purposes. You agree not to use it for anything illegal, harmful, or that violates these terms. We can suspend or end your access if you break the rules.

Accounts If you create an account, keep your information accurate and secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time.

Orders, Payments & Shipping When you place an order you agree to pay the full price shown plus shipping and applicable taxes. We use secure processors to handle payments. Intellectual Property Everything on this site belongs to us or our partners — the ANTISTATE name and branding, the Cornerstone "Delta" symbol, all designs, artwork, photos, text, and merchandise. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal use of purchased items is fine. Reselling or redistributing our designs without approval is not.

Limitation of Liability The site and products are provided as is. We make no warranties beyond what is stated in these terms and our other policies. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product or service in question.

Governing Law & Disputes These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States. Any legal disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we’ll post the new version here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
